IgniteMN is proud to announce the addition of two well-respected community leaders to our Board of Directors: Jerry Olson and Bob Jaszczak. Their involvement marks an exciting moment as we deepen our roots and expand opportunities for local entrepreneurs in Red Wing, Goodhue County, and the surrounding communities.
This is a bit of a homecoming for Jerry Olson, who was an early founding Board Member of Red Wing Ignite, and he now returns with renewed energy and insight. As President of Olson HR Consulting and a business advisor with Resultants for Business, Jerry has spent decades helping leaders grow strong, sustainable organizations. His deep experience in leadership coaching, strategic planning, and HR is matched only by his commitment to the Red Wing community, where he and his family have lived and contributed for many years.
Bob Jaszczak, Superintendent of Red Wing Public Schools, brings a unique blend of experience from both education and business. Before leading the district, Bob worked as a teacher, coach, and entrepreneur, running a repair business and managing operations. His passion for mentoring youth and building pathways into careers and entrepreneurship makes him a vital voice on our board as we look to support our next generation of business leaders.
Together, Jerry and Bob reflect IgniteMN’s ongoing mission: to empower current and aspiring entrepreneurs, strengthen our local economy, and foster innovation that starts right here at home.
We’re thrilled to welcome both of them, and even more excited about what’s to come.
